Deleting empty unlinked categories

Regarding your placing the Delete template on two empty unlinked categories: There are two possibilities to be checked:

• If the name is correct in the XH language, the category could be linked to its item in Wikidata and then populated
• If the name is incorrect in XH, the category could be moved to its correct name, then proceed as above

This WP presently has no administrator, only one native XH-speaking, occasionally active editor (User:Nomden), and myself, User:Deborahjay, performing daily Wiki-gnomework (e.g. improving stubs, wikifying pages, cleaning up red links, etc.). This project is aided by members of the meta:Small Wiki Monitoring Team acting as sysops. My own guidelines is to leave unpopulated categories intact until they can be treated by a native speaker of XH.
