UMargaret Singana (uMargaret Mcingana, wazalwa ngo1938 eQueenstown, kwiPhondo laseMpuma-Koloniwayeyimvumi yaseMzantsi Afrika. Ngeminyaka yo1950, wemka eQueenstown, iPhondo laseMpuma waye eGoli eyayisaya kuba kwiPhondo laseTransvaal, apho wathi waqeshwa waba ngumsebenzi wasemakhitshini.

Singana received many awards, including the 1976/1977 critics award from the British magazine, Music Week. She was known as "Lady Africa" in Southern Africa.
